Exercise, Mindfulness and Reflection

Facilitated by the Suaimhneas team, this special experience invites you to take a short break and enjoy a combination of a gentle exercise routine, mindful meditation and a reflective walk in the garden.

All exercise is suitable for adults of all ages.

Thursday 23rd, 30th August 11am – 1pm

11am – 1pm followed by light refreshments
